An increase in intensity of the precipitation will take place over tulsa...Okmulgee...Creek and okfuskee counties during this time where rainfall rates of up to one inch per hour will be possible. Elsewhere...Average rainfall of one tenth to one quarter inch will be common with isolated locally higher amounts up to one inch. A tornado watch is in effect for portions of southeast Oklahoma until 1 am. A flash flood watch is now in effect for all of eastern Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas through Thursday morning.
